Inspection
1. Material
All the raw material must be checking and testing before going the warehousing. Before production, all the material must pass the chemical and physical analysis and test to meeting the requested strength and component.
2. Insure qualified products, we take following steps for quality management :
(1) Management team: we have the overall management, especially the technical management, quality management.
(2) ISO management: with ISO 9001:2008 certificate
3. QC Inspection: all the finish product should be inspected by our QC in every production line and shipment
1. Price Term: EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
The price includes pole shaft, base plate, crossarm and anchor part.
Shipping seaport: Shanghai Seaport. For FOB, CFR or CIF price, please specify which exact model you need, and tell us your order quantity so that we can calculate the local transport charges and sea freight.
2. MOQ: 1 sets.
3. Payment: Typically 30% by T/T as deposit, balance by T/T or L/C at sight before shipment. Other payment way can be negotiated.
4. Package: Plastic paper or according to clients requirement.
5. Delivery: for 30 sets, goods can be ready for shipment within 20 workdays after receiving deposit.
6. Parts Design Service Period: 20 years.
