Before production, all materials undergo chemical and physical analysis to verify they meet required strength and composition standards.

Raw material test → Cutting → Bending → Welding (longitudinal) → Dimension verification → Flange welding → Hole drilling → Sample assembly → Surface cleaning → Galvanization or powder coating/painting → Recalibration → Packaging

Standard packaging includes mat or straw bale protection at top and bottom. Custom packaging solutions available based on client requirements. Loading capacity for 40HC or OT containers calculated based on actual product specifications.
